If there is a base for your statment, then it is fact. We have our problems with young people from marocco, gypsies, turks and dutch antilles etc. There actually is a very high percentage of them involved in ciminal activity.

Sure to generalize and say that all those people are bad is discrimination, but you should also have to be awake and not close your eyes. You'll have to do something about it because the problem is not going away by itself.
