there is a file in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322 called 'aspnet_regiis.exe'

run

'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis.exe /I'

in a command window and it should sort it out

I have this every time i install visual studio.net

when you get that messagebox, there should be 2 buttons, Ok and Help. this switch you need to use in on the Help window of that messagebox
