You wanna see rush hour in Toronto - 5-lane parallel feeder lanes to the 5-lane highway, all going at snail's pace, and millions of square yards of it - everywhere. Mind you, I think most of the popn. of Canada is there anyway! But then again, Montreal isn't that uncongested either.
