Jay, it is called failed vision and forgein policy based on wishful thinking, that's why you are paying $2 a gallon.

Bush believed that no American soldiar will die in this war as he said to Pat Robertson, and I believe that was his believe as non-experienced politician, and he believed that the whole middle east will bow to him, he truly believed he will overshadow his daddy loved image in teh Arabic world, that daddy complexity problem that blurred hi vision.

Yes, it was a war for oil and the main reason behind it is to get China and India by the throat.
Don't kid yourself about getting rid of terrorism. Terrorism is gonna be the new enemy until globalization is fully implementd and the next phase is in action whatever it is. We can comsult the Tofflers on this one.

>If I say that Kerry is into child porn it doesn't make it fact, but it puts the task of disproving it to everyone else. Where do you get your facts regading the oil? I'm paying over $2/gallon for gas, so I'm really not seeing the benefit of it on a day-to-day basis. Did you expect us to just entirely finance the rebuilding out of our own coifers? You would likely be an idiot if you believe that this was all about oil and glory. Just for the record, I'm not calling you an idiot as that might be constued as a personal attack, rather I'm saying you could be one.

>>No Jay, that's a deceiving comment, Kerry would not be soft on terrorits but seems Rove was able to scare people enough of Ossama and the gays to get election.
>>We for fact know that Bush is not going after terrosits as you claim, he went after oil and glory but it is not working as he expected.
