Jerry, in my case I was updating VFP 5.0a and had 4 files: vssp3_1.exe; Vssp3_2.cab; Vssp3_4.cab; Vssp3_4.cab.

Extract for vssp3_1.exe didn't work from Windows Explorer, and to unpack the whole thing I had to run it in a DOS window. Setup worked properly. I also have VFP 3 on disk .
