Let me get this straight, are you stating that ALL of the links I sent you are lies??????

Nooooo - I didn't read them all - but the ones I read did not have links to substanciating evidence - sort of the like Chilabi telling Judith Miller there are WMD in Iraq. Just because the NYT says so - doesn't make it so.

I agree someone killed kurds - and it may have been Iraqi's (but it's speculation without hard evidence also speculation - an Israeli killed Rabin)

Now I googled the guy Aztec (i think:)that wrote one of the links. He lives in Colorado - duuhhhhh. Makes me wonder does he want the US to appoint him emporer of the kurds like Chalibi had (for a while) the US appoint him emporer of Iraq after an invasion based on lies he [Chilabi] told the NY Times.

I read a blog where a Kurd replied to that Aztec guy. The guy in the Blog said Iraqis (an ethnicity different than kurdish Iraqis) had been killed by "rebel" Kurds. The suggestion was that Iraqis (not yet proven) attacked the Kurds for no reason, like Dubya attacking Iraq for no reason (no wmd no 911). But that may not be the case. The Kurdish rebels were fighting against Iraqi's (and killing them) an uprising - lik dafur.

Now as to WMDs - like gas - maybe - but remember Iraq got the gas WMD from Regean GH Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld for Iran war (makes them WMD accomplises, right - and this is a fact and documented in the washington post).

So Iraqi soldiers were trying to control an armed uprising by some Kurds in Northen Iraq. Follow me? They may have used WMDs - they had them - they purchased them from the US - and they used them in the Iran war)

Isn't a 2000 lb bomb a WMD Tracy. Or - is it okay to kill with 2000 lb bombs but not gas. And if ot was done with gas, should the gang that sold them the gas also be held accountable.

The whole WMD thing is weird - like you can kill with 7.62 but not a 9mm bullet. Where is that rule. Killing is Killing a bomb that kills a bunch is not more moral that a gas cloud that kills alot.

I was trying to drill down to a BBC report, Guardian or the Independent - I kept winding up on blog sites (which BTW may be more authorative the counter top newspapers:-)

I am not saying they are lies, But I checked the author - and I thought it strange that a kurd who lived in Colorado Springs, COlorado, knew so much about what was going on on the other side of the world. Chlabi lived in AMerica when he sold the WMD story to the NYT and DOD.

Maybe to many links - I will check the others 0- but if Kurds were rebelling against their country Iraq, you would expect the Iraqi militia to retaliate.
A moral judgement as to who has the right to kill or who is using a morally acceptable means to kill seems silly without all the facts.
Imagination is more important than knowledge
