So which Iraqi companies do the drilling? Which Iraqi companies ship it? Which Iraqi companies sell it? How much in terms of taxes goes to Iraqi treasury? And how much of all that money is used to pay for services of American companies?

I.e., I don't have any facts here, just questions.
