CHM file have to be in the same folder where is installed .OCX.
It is only example what as CHM we build with this XLS file and mentioned in it .HTML file with descriptions.
Basicaly we have to create a input form where to input values, but for my programmers is easy to fill this data in XLS and we import it in VFP DBF, which is used after that for creating of MS HTML Workshop files for compiling of CHM
