Company bought out by new owner/investor.
Around 30% reduncancies/resignations - not sure who was pushed.
Office relocation to Basingstoke.
Server relocation to facility in Docklands.
Focus seems to be on buy, not build.
Lots of outsourcing.
People who've worked for the new owner before.
New (contract) directors for IT & Marketing.

Piecemeal dismantling of Connections.
New CRM, maybe visual Elk (winner of VFP awards - now recoded in C++ & COM+)
New commissions system (written by the Belgians)
New provisioning system (possibly in BizTalk, like the Belgians')
New MLM system.
Apollo finally dead.
BillP for all countries.


I am apparently the SWAT team :)
I get all the problems that are ticking timebombs.
It seems usually after someone else has had a go at them (2 of 2 anyhow).
Plus assisting Rob with MIS!
