Where in VA do you consider moving?
If you think of Northern VA, the cost of living is getting higher.
Home prices are ridiculously high. Traffic is baaaad. Try to come from or go to Tysons/Vienna on rush hour.
The weather is not bad. We enjoy 4 seasons here. Winter is usually mild, not much snow.
Summer is usually humid.
I dont know about VFP jobs around here, but there are .net and java jobs.
Theres a demand for people with clearance, which if you dont have, its difficult to get mostly because the lenght of the process to get it, and companies prefer to hire people who already have it.
