I'm not on site and not in charge of such things (thankfully), but I do have a call in to check. They're using Norton 2004 network version for all of their machines, so I don't suspect AV stuff (for once <g>). I would think if it's happening to one machine then it should be happening on the machines with a similar configuration (same OS, Office XP, AV) but it's not. If I find out differently I'll re-post.
