Occasionally something happens to my machine where .Net programs will display a series of blank screens on startup. This happens with Visual Studio, and Sharpreader. I believe that somehow a command window that is being opened on their startup has somehow been set to full screen mode, but I cannot find where it is. Any one know where this is?
