My point was Isreal gave PLO more then what they asked for. Yet, PLO still rejected it. Why? They got more then what they asked for.

The UN Resolution (242) and Oslo accords say 1967 Borders and part of Jeruselum. If the US had not vetoed resolutions to enforce 242, UN trrops would be over thier protecting Palestinians and Isrealis and enforcin the pre 1967 boarder. Thats law. What Israelis offer is not law - it's call extorsion - take the deal or our Apaches will lob rockets at you.

Don't forget 150 Palestinian men women and children were killed by IDF last month. A 1000 homes in Gaza were razed last month. The number of Isralis killed in last 6 months by "alledged" Arab bombers is 3.

IDF have killed around 400 Pelestinians in last 6 months. Even old blind men in wheel chairs are killed with US rockets fired by IDF piloting a US Ahache helicopter.

Heres some kill ratio stats:

Israel does not write international law. The UN does.

This is a map of israeli settlements and outposts [inside] the 1967 west bank borders? How would you feel if they did that to your neighborhood? How would you feel if they cut your water, sewage and electricity for months?

Arafat at the time said he rejected it because the land was disjointed and scattered. Which turned out to be false.
Arrafat accepted most (90%)of the proposal. Some issue remained opened. But Hilary CLinton was running for NY Senate and Bill (what a man)was so overloaded he had to stop.

The press said Arrafat refused. The Press! Read my lips: THE PRESS said that, [real] jounalists that spoke with Arrafat said all the parties understood there were still some open issues when the talks were adjorned. So - lets see - Hilary needs Brooklyn support - Bill has USS Cole and term shop closing and you continue to misrepresent the facts - Hilary is senator - now stop with that stuff man!!

So from my limited knowledge of the PLO/Isreal issue, all I can say is that Arafat/Hamas/FaTah don't really want peace because they would be out of business if real peace came to be in the Mid East.

Don't beleive the brick and mortar press. Courts have said it's okay for FOX news to lie: http://organicconsumers.org/rbgh/akre022103.cfm

You need to read:
Here is an Israeli Paper: http://www.haaretzdaily.com/
Here is an Arab one. It has a great (and seems to lead US press) tech section and culture section. Lots of up front images and stories.
