Well, that is not an issue here at all. Up here the media comes to you in stead of you having to buy the media. Just orgamize a press conference and you'll get the attention you need. IOW it is not money driven.

I wanted to point out that this maybe not so expensive and complex in the dutch system regardless of the size and complexity of a country, simply the system works differently.
