From a text box Valid Event I am calling several methods, one calling the other. The last method needs to SetFocus to a Grid. I am getting an Error message that Set Focus will not work from Valid event. Is this still the case when another method is calling the SetFocus?

What are the advatages of LostFocus vs Valid Events. I really need the text entry verified before the textbox loses focus, but at the same time I need my grid to get the focus if all is well.
