Nope, not the Star Wars movies (check out www.imdb.com if you're at all interested in movies ... it's a great resource!) Lucas wrote and produced all 6 Star Wars movies and directed all but 2 of them.

Spielberg and Lucas *did* collaborate on the Indiana Jones movies. Lucas wrote and produced and Spielberg directed.
