Yes. It works on my test machine which is XP and does not have SP 2. I can check with their Network contact, but I'm certain SP 2 is not installed on the machine I'm trying use.

The only thing I know to try at this point is to redo the Install. I've seen a lot of strange program behavior in my day, but never like this one.
