Having a second look at this blog. It more and more occurs to me that this written out of the perspective of a writer that has not been living in holland for fifteen years. He belongs to the right (VVD) and colours his blogs as such. Though beeing from the same party, I see thing a bit differently. Maybe it is because I'm not living in a big city like Amsterdam, but in a small village.

OTOH, I agree on his assesment we've beeing to tolerant in the past, and he's correct that Fortuyn in 2002 has changed the political arena. However, there are quite some missleading items in here. Holland has about always supported the USA, not only after the shift to the right.
