I know the problem is Israel. They have not given back the land they captured from Palestien in 1967. The Arabs are really mad about this. Not just the Arabs are mad, the UN has issued several resolutions asking Israel to give back the land and Israel says no.

You know the first Gulf War was based on the invasion of Kuwait by Iraq. The UN (including Canada) supported the US in that war, because invading another country is a bad thing.

Everyone agrees with this. I think both the Americans and Canadians would be pretty mad too if another country took over their land and bulldozed their houses so they could plant orange groves. This problem has to be addressed or we will be talking about terrorism 100 years from now. Maybe this is why Tom Ridge has asked for his old job back.
