The human relationships are as important as the technical relationships. If you can get involved in enough of this stuff, I can assure you that they will stop hating you.

Do we have time to do all the necessary studies and analysis? By the time
you do all that it could take months/years to satisfy everyone.

I think it would be more efficient to give people the basic needs such as freedom and all that comes with it.
