But basically they do, John, just by other means.
These guys, and many like them, want the state to do it for them. They take any opportunity to encourage warring with Muslim states. These guys are pleased that Isreal has nukes, but I bet they're disappointed that they haven't used them yet.
None of the ones I named would shed a tear if nuclear weapons were to rain down on Egypt or Iran or Pakistan or Indonesia or several other Muslim countries.

"terrorism" isn't a part of their idea - at least not if it can be directly associated with themselves. I'd bet, though, that if they could do it clandestinely, they would.
