Hi Terry.
I'm setting up a screen so that run time can be used at sites. I have a text box which a command is put into. its then execscripted and stored 'somwhere'
this 'somewhere' i wanted to be a drop down control that the user can just type into and that line is executed.

If I use a table, and a Close all is used, it closes the table being used to run the commands also.

regards,
Gerard

>Is this a speed thing? Cos, in my experience, VFP handles data in cursors far more quickly than those in arrays. Can't understand why you "dont want to use a Table".
