I would not thank Bush for the supposed "bad" economy we have here. I would thank greedy DOT COMmers who lost over a trillion dollars in the market back in 2000 when Clinton was still President and it wasn't his fault either. In addition, both Clinton and Bush wanted the NAFTA agreement and now another one to cover all of South America that will lose more jobs.

Hey, maybe we can all flip hamburgers at Burger King or McDOnald's (your preference). I have seen Earthlink go offshore to India for technical support and their support stinks because you can't understand them, as I have already experienced. But, American companies may go offshore; what prevents them in making a buck or reducing their costs by going after cheaper labor? Of course, quality does suffer in many cases.

Now, what would really get my goat is if I spend all kinds of money, effort and time to learn C#.NET or VB.NET and then it all goes off to China. Now, that would really get to me. It hasn't gotten to me yet though. We are on the Pacific ring of fire here, so we are in the pacific marketplace and this is where we compete with other nations out here as well and it is a fact that it is cheaper to pay a person in India 5k or 15k versus the 60 to 100k we earn out here now.

Our way of life is changing on all fronts.
