I couldn't wait any longer as I had to get on, so ended up removing the table from the dbc and then I could edit it. So back to square 1 and building the index, long table attributes, rels and RI all over. Luckily it wasn't involved in more than one rel.
I'll bear your suggestion in mind for the future.
Still any more suggestions out there, to save my doing this all over again?Terry
