My Freaky Picture Problems!!

I have experienced a problem where a BMP Looks fantastic in
Development, but when running from an EXE it is downright
terrible. (You can make out the picture, but all the colors
are freaked out)... When I say an EXE, I have tested it
as far as Creating an EXE in the Development area so all
path's are the same as in Devel. But, No Luck... Ugly Pictures.

I have notices that IF I pop open a Form over the screen and
release that Form, then All Pictures from there forward look
great!

Anyone have any experience with this??
