If you didn't already find it, are you looking for a means of retrieving an MVR via a webservice or for a background check or what? Typically, to do this (we have our own Foxpro mvr server software that communicates directly with the DMV - contact your dmv to get the information) you have to have a dmv requester code for each state you receive a mvr from. The other option is to get it from a 3rd party who in turn has the requester codes...
