With VFP tables, there are mainly two alternatives.

1) Keep the documents in separate files. In VFP, have a small field with the filename.

2) Store the entire document in a Memo Binary field. When needed, extract to disk in order to view it.

A third option, using General fields, is usually discouraged, since it causes too much trouble.
