I'm not saying people with high IQ's should be ruled out. But, there may be other factors at play that we're not privy to. For example, how did she word her resumes and cover letters? Is she trying to get a job merely on the fact she has a high IQ? Does she have any real job skills that qualify her for the postions she applied for? The list could go on.
