>>Yes, amazing. Truly. It means we haven't caught the right people yet.

>Yeah, I know. Just unlucky I guess.

I'm sure luck does have a lot to play in this. Eventually, though, luck runs out. We'll get them.

>So the administration was completely wrong about the WMDs, yet they must be right about a Saddam, al Qaeda collaboration. Honestly, I love the logic.

That the administration was *completely wrong* is an opinion that will not be proven one way or the other, despite your assertions to the contrary, for many years.

>No, I'm saying you can't blame the rest of the world for not doing anything when we didn't do anything ourselves. It's called hypocrisy.

Of course I can blame the world. Watch me. Here I go. Rest of the world, shame on you for not recognizing (and taking clear, decisive action against) the imminent rise of many terrorist leaders despite repeated attacks around the world. Oh yes, and it's also our fault. We should have acted as well. There. Feel better? Plenty of blame to be shared.

>Who called us out for taking action in Afghanistan?

Check Google. There are plenty of complaints about Aghanistan out there, some even dated not long after 9/11. Of course no "real" state sponsored complaints. Our bodies were still being counted. Give them time, though. They will complain about that as well. Revisionist history, you know. I've already seen websites (I'll have to dredge up some links for you) where we've been called murderers in Afghanistan... again this was not long after 9/11 in the first days of the Al-Qaeda fights.

>Anytime you want to present your evidence, I'm all eyes.

"My" evidence, your "evidence," this website, that quote, those numbers/statistics... red herrings all. It's the truth that matters, and certainly not the "truth" some political cronies have decided for us to help sway opinion during an election year. Time will tell. The added perspective of a few years between now and then will tell the tale. Nothing else.
