Check out Chaptrer 4 of MegaFox: 1002 Things You Wanted to Know About Extending VFP Chapter 4 is all about sending and receiving e-mail and it comes complete with classes, documentation and sample forms. It shows you how to use MAPI, Outlook Automation, and CDO for Windows 2000 and later (which is the one I would go with).
