This sounds a lot like the argument for illegal immigrants in the U.S. to do migrant work and chicken factory work. The argument has always been that U.S. citizens will not perform this work, but that is plainly not true. There are factories in North Carolina whose majority of workers are illegal immigrants and the corporation is not fined for it yet they manage to bus them into this country and even recruit them in Mexico. They pay low wages and do not provide benefits which is the incentive for the corporation. There are towns in NC whose majority population is now illegal aliens and they receive free schooling and medical care. I do not receive that as a U.S. citizen. We have laws about working conditions in this country. Allowing illegal aliens to work under those conditions is going back over 100 years to the uncontrolled work environment. It needs to stop. If the price of a chicken goes up because of it then so be it.

There is a very high tax burden for corporations in the U.S. too regardless of public opinion. And employers in the U.S. (and certain other countries) must provide a certain working condition which is not the case in all countries.
