It is VFP COM EXE.

It is registering successfully on another Workstation
with XP and VFP 8 installed.

we have the following Run time Files in the same Directory on the Web Server as the EXE:

VFP8renu.dll
gdiplus.dll
vfp8t.dll
vfp8r.dll
vfp8enu.dll
msvcr70.dll

I guess we need to create a VFP Setup Application and install it on web Server.
