Kevin, thanks for the heads-up on the global.asax file. I do have this line.

I attempted to trace in my development environment, but the breakpoint does not hit. I get the following message: "Breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded for this document."

I can't trace in the 'live' version, so i'm not sure what my next move should be.
