I would then suggest you check the information visually first.
1. Set your printer properly by hand, set it as default printer in windows.
2. Modify your report (move something and put it back - to force a save)
3. Use your report like a table (use myreport.frx)
browse it and locate the Expr memo field and check the values in there to see what information you need in the reprot to make it work.
>Ok thanks this worked for one of my reports but on another report that I have it is always printing to the same tray ? Is there anything else in the expression of the report that could cause this problem ? The other report I have is set to print on legal size paper would this cause a problem ?
