How about trying to log on with a different computer (If you have access to a second one), see if you get the same result. Or trying to use a second instance of IE (Two running at the same time). How about Tools->Internet Options ->delete cookies and also check the Tools->Internet Options ->Settings->View files (delete them all) View Objects (delete all the ones that may not belong there).If these give you a different result, then your original setup has a problem, which would indicate that UT can only suggest you things to try on your setup, rather than something they can change on the site, to make it work for you.
