The ordering of folders is now supported. This is adjustable in the Folder icon, from the top toolbar in here. By default, the default folder of each member has been selected as priority 1 and the other folders as priority 2. You may adjust as desired to further customize that section.

Because of that, there is no longer a need to have a setting to decide which is folder is the default folder. That option has been removed from the account setup. As there was only one option left in Account setup, Folders, we have moved the selection of showing a confirmation message or not when a message is saved into a folder into Account setup, Settings.
