That's kinda what I've done. It's wreaking havoc on my line counts.
I will revisit it because I don't have the footer stuff that you're
talking about here. It kinda sparked another thought in the back of
my mind.

Keep in mind that all of the report levels are not nested within each other.
Each is nested within the main break (the doctor), but then each of the other
breaks occurs seperately.
