Can anybody suggest a strategy for the following scenario:

My client maintains data on local businesses. They do on site visits to the businesses from time to time. What they want to be able to do is print a quick summary sheet of the data they have already collected to have with them when they are at the client's office.

I can readily produce this report using multiple detail bands. The complication is that they want a blank area to be produced in the band where data hasn't been collected. The intended use for the blank area is to allow them to hand write data in that area to enter into the system when they get back to their office.

Any experience out there that might be helpful?
