If the list is in a text file you can create a dbf and APPEND FROM your text file.
If the list is in a spreadsheet or CSV file, for instance you can IMPORT FROM it to create your new table.

>Our IT department have a list of contacts in a public folder. Is there anyway I can pull these contacts to reference in our new helpdesk program we are creating. So when we create a new task we can assign the contact name to the helpdesk item. This means we have one source of contacts rather than each person having there own!
