Hey folks,

I'm distributing Crystal 8.5 and in using the .crReport.printersetup(0) function in Crystal, it didn't allow me to check for a Cancel. I did some research and found that if installed the Hotfix (service pack 3) it would allow me to use an new function .crReport.printersetupEx(0) that would return values for OK and Cancel. Worked like a charm.

When I ran the app on my test machine, it gave me the "OLE error code 0x80020006: Uknown name" when I tried to exicute the new function.

I am now using InstallShield to distribute the new version of the app. and it appears that I need to include an update of some DLLs that came with the Hotfix. I'm fairly new to Installshield but it appears to use modules in the build process.

What process do I need to follow to make sure the new install includes the appropriate files for the new function in Hotfix (service pack 3) to work?
