is the printer hanging off a local machine or network? i'm sure that you know this but the settings for the printers in >2k are in two locations and if one is not correct then it can mess things up with trays etc.

>Two days ago our trusty HP LaserJet 4 stopped automatically pulling legal sized paper from the manual tray on the front. Now it displays MF Feed Legal and the user has to push the "online" button to make it print.
