My customer in Toronto is currently looking for ASP.Net hosting for their small business. They want the hosting company to be a big name like Rogers, Bell etc. with support of:

- ASP.Net
- MS SQL
- SSL

I found suitable packages on Rogers and Bell ($50..$100 CAD monthly). Though there is one issue I could not get an accurate answer from both of them.

They say that for ASP.Net they do not accept precompiled files like EXE and DLL. Does it mean I will not be able to upload BIN directory with DLL and PDB files for a VB.Net application? Or I have to upload the source and they will review and compile it? I tried to ask more questions -- the answers were either short or fuzzy.

Please advise! It will be greatly appreciated if you share real experience with Rogers or Bell (hosting for small businesses) or advise on any other well known hosting provider.
