If God is omnipotent and omnipresent, he should not be willing to make anything stupid, evil or ugly. So how do we explain so much of the stuff around us.

We create programs. Do we deliberately make bad code? Not unless we are in a rush or a timeline, but if we were all powerful, why would we make bad code?
