Well in fact they can - ask people who have "enjoyed" DELL support from India.

The problem, of course, is that they can't "compete" with an initial bid, forcing them out of business, leaving it to some other call centre to pick up the business when (if the comapny actually cares about customers) it comes back.

And India is only temporary... on the road to China.
