I agree 100% with Mark, Alex, Jerry, and Denis. INTL Toolkit is an excelent framework to achieve dynamic translation. I don't want to repeat what they already said but to reinforce the facts that the product is friendly, easy to use, doesn't require major code changes and it works smoothly.

The main 'effort' areas will be the population of the translation table and UI adjustmenst to accomodate the changes in the length of captions. I used a technique very similar to the one Mark described.

We used it for a huge localisation project in South America and got very good results in a short time-frame. I would use it again without any doubt.
