The company is not important. It just needs to be huge.

Those companies will push the boundaries. If what they do is accepted they will go on and try to do worst the next time. Until the day people find their actions bad. Then those companies will move back. But not too much. Just back to the last level where everything was considered fine.

Will they forget about the last wrong thing they did. Not necessarily. They'll just evaluate the market and see what could've been the problem. Perhaps it was just a matter of bad timing.

So they'll wait for the right time to try it again.

As for the low prices they'll just go from country to country trying to get lower and lower costs. Heck they probably already invested money to find if there's really life (cheap) on other planets <bg>.
