Check Behavior Changes Since Visual FoxPro 7.0 -> SQL Data Engine in Help and take a look in SET ENGINBEHAVIOUR command
SET ENGINBEHAVIOUR 70
SELECT Loglav.clavcod, Loglav.ccolcod, Loglav.cpiacod, Loglav.cparcod;
 FROM loglav;
 GROUP BY Loglav.clavcod
* or
SELECT Loglav.clavcod, Loglav.ccolcod, Loglav.cpiacod, Loglav.cparcod;
