I would open a fresh copy of Excel and turn on Macro Record. Then, manually do all the steps you would do via your automation. When finished, stop the macro recorder and check the script it creates. Tools / Macro / Macros... Pick the macro you just recorded and edit... Look at what Excel is doing and follow that.
