Just set up 3 views of the table, and use each view as the data source for a grid.

>I have 3 Grid Controls (same record source but different record filter condition) the problem is for example : If I click the mouse to the one of the grid and then I click the mouse to the other grid the record in the 1st grid that I clicked before will shown in the clicked grid ( actually it should not be like that because it was not the same filter condition )
