I may have used the wrong term, I had already tried the shortcut key, but it didn't work. I assigned CTRL+S to the first option of the first item on the menu bar, (Appointment is the first item on the menu bar and Schedule is the first option of the Appointment sub-menu). I assigned CTRL+S to the Schedule and tried it, (didn't work). I have also tried pressing ALT+A to get the Appointment sub-menu to drop down and that doesn't work.

Off to try something else,
